Well we just got home from being in Longview for a little over a week. I'm glad to be back home, but will be so much happier when we move back there! I love being around all of our friends and family, and can't wait to be closer to "home"! While we were in longview we went to Caleb's (my nephew) t ball game. Andee & Cooper made signs for him before the game, and Andee held hers high in the air and yelled for him (even when he wasn't on the field or anywhere in sight) the whole time we were there. It was so cute to watch them play! It made me think of all the good memories I have from playing softball, and I can't wait for Andee & Cooper to start sports!! Oh yeah!! I almost forgot! Cooper caught his first fish, while we were in Longview!! He was so excited! Andee, however..My mom calls her a "Reel & Run" kind of girl, because she would hold her fishing pole and reel the fish in, but as soon as she would see the it..she would run and scream! She is SUCH a girl! We had a lot of fun hanging with Nana & Papa that day! Clay & I plan on taking the kids to do some more fishing this week.
Mom sold her house, and is moving to Lake Cherokee at the end of this month! I'm really excited for her and for us too! :) You can count on us being lake bums this summer!
Cooper has started talking A LOT more these days..using full sentences and all that big boy stuff. (they grow too fast) Andee and her attitude are about the same..out of control! She WILL be the death of me, I'm sure! I've been praying for lots of patience lately, and that the 4's are better then the 3's!! I CAN handle this..I CAN handle this! ;)

First blog
This is my first blog! My friends & family have been telling me to start one, so here it goes!
Andee turned 3 in December, and I must say the terrible two's have nothing on the drama-fied, high maintenance three's! She is so bossy, and likes to keep everyone in line over here.
Cooper turned two in January & I have not seen much of the terrible two's from him. He is much calmer and just goes with the flow. Most people say that he is more like Clay, & Andee is more like me. I think it's mostly my mom and her sisters that say that, but my Memaw says I didn't act crazy like her, so I'll just stick with Memaw on that one ;)
We are going to the Blue Bell factory in Brenham this week with one of Clay's clients wife's. They live in Minnesota, but they just bought a house down the road from us, so they can come stay for a while to train with their dogs & be here for field trials in the area. They don't have any grand kids yet, so they have really taken to Andee & Cooper. Mrs.Yvette is one of the sweetest ladies I have met, and the kids just love her! The kids are excited to go to the "ice cream place." We are going to attempt to go on the 45 minute tour and then you get ice cream at the end. Fingers crossed it goes well, and that no one has a melt down!
Clay has a field trial coming up in Rockwall, where one of our good friends Keith lives. We talked about it and are going to take Cooper with us, and leave our little drama queen with her Nana. (my mom) She doesn't like to be quiet and be still for very long. Cooper on the other hand loves to be around his daddy and the dogs..so he will have a blast! I'm trying to order him a little white shirt like Clay wears turning the trials, so he can match him! :) I hope to get some really cute pictures of them doing their "guy thing!" I'm sure Andee & Nana will find something fun to get into that weekend. I've already told Andee about it and she is already ready to start packing her bag! She loves her Nana!
annnd..that's life as a Bridges at the moment :)
